to whom it may concern:

the purpose of this letter is to inquire about if your organization is willing to assist offenders with the resources and/or paid services that you may provide. the intent being is to allow inmates to utilize the entire length of their sentences in preparing for their ultimate release.

we would like to create a database of information that we can make available to offenders.  we do understand that your organization may prefer to interact directly with the offender or directly with the institution. we are flexible to your preference. general once we receive information we make it available to the offender and let them decide if they want to make further inquiries.

therefore, if you have any information that would help the offender in any way we welcome it. there is wide spectrum of information that all persons could benefit from and we would be privileged to tap into your resources. at our institution we have both male and female inmates.
