dear aicap,

i'm a canadian citizen incarcerated in california.
i don't know if this is the right address but i would
like to look into possibly trying to transfer back to
canada to serve my time. i've been down since 1993,
am 43 years old and have extended family in central
alberta. i have a life sentence. i'm a model inmate
currently enrolled in college through home study
international seeking an a.a. in religiion. i've had
only one write-up in my entire 13 years. i'm a programmer
involved in organizing christian events and men's groups
for counselling. please consider sending me the
information needed to begin this tedious process.
thank you.

sincerely,
