i'm a canadian citizen doing time in this u.s. federal
          institution.
i'm here on the charges of conspiracy to manufacture meth and
          also
one re-entry. the conditions under which we are made to
          tolerate and
live are unbearable. there is a lot to my story. i applied for
          my
treaty transfer and was denied because of being needed here for
testimony. i dealt with every issue they used for denial and
          was still
denied. the mental abuse as well as physical abuse here is way
          out of
control. i have kept details written down about everything.
          also i
qualify for no programs at allhere because i still have 9 years
          to
go on my sentence. i'm not at all sure what you offer or what
          you
can do to help myself and my family. could you please write me
          back
and let me know what you offer. i really feel as though i need
legal help and there's no way possible my family can afford it.
maybe you have numbers and addresses of people that could may
          help
          in some way.
          thank you for your time,
