AND TOMORROW (WEDS): The New Jersey Death Penalty Study Commission
will hold its THIRD public hearing Wednesday (9/27/06) starting at
1pm. NJADP members will be present and much media coverage is
expected. The focus of this hearing is on fairness and
race. Stunning information proving the arbitrariness of the death
penalty will be presented. Also among the witnesses expected to
testify - James Harris, president of the NJ NAACP, Maryland Death Row
Survivor Kirk Bloodsworth, Jennifer Cannino (Thompson) on her
wrongly identifying the man who raped her, Bill Babbitt, brother of
the executed Viet Nam Veteran Manny Babbitt and David Kaczynski,
brother of the Unibomber, who faced the death penalty, among others....
