[FADPUpdate] Time To Gear Up

The execution date of Wednesday, September 20 at 6:00PM for Clarence Hill should be considered a serious date.
 
Clarence Hill was denied a stay Wednesday, Sept. 13 by the U.S. District Court.  His case will move next to the 11th Circuit Court and will then be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.  I am sorry to report that legal consultants say that it is getting less likely that a stay will be granted.  As Abe has said, "hope for the best and prepare for the worst."
 
We plan to have information on vigils put up on the FADP.org web site and/or it will be sent out as an FADP Update.  If you or you group is planning a vigil, please let me know.  GCADP will be hosting a vigil at the state prison in Starke.  I will be there.
