[FADPUpdate] BULLETIN:Execution back on, for now...

BULLETIN: JACKSONVILLE -- A federal appeals court has ruled that the 
execution of child killer Mark Dean Schwab can proceed Thursday. -- 
Associated Press

This was expected by legal observers.  The appeal now goes to the U.S. 
Supreme Court where legal experts from around the U.S. report that it 
is highly probable that another stay will be issued.

Once again, we are hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst.

Calls will go out to as many vigil leaders as possible should the U.S. 
Supreme Court issue a new stay.
